Considering the high volume of administrative correspondence and the circulation of letters and documents in organizations and administrative institutions, the existence of a suitable and fast administrative system can significantly reduce response times, leading to economic savings and increased efficiency.
In any organization where the electronic organization model is correctly and fully implemented, that organization will become paperless with fast and efficient responses. Given that the Islamic Republic of Iran Railways has been using office automation and electronic document systems for many years, it is one of the pioneers in using the electronic organization model.
Risman designed and implemented the new plan for the Railways' office automation software with a new user interface, considering all the needs of managers and users of the Railways.
