In today's world, the concept of banking is changing, and the emergence of new generations raised with digital tools will intensify this trend. These new generations will conduct all their affairs through multiple digital tools, and current electronic banking methods will not meet their needs.
Digital banking has made access to financial information easier, more cost-effective, and faster, while making interactions between the bank and the customer more complex. Consequently, it has created an expectation for the use of advanced technologies in various banking fields to align bank services with customer needs.
In this regard, it was deemed necessary for Mellat Bank, a leader in the country's banking industry, to implement new technologies to enter the new era of banking, not only to improve the quality of its previous services but also to offer digital banking services. This need was recognized so that the bank could strengthen its role in banking services and take effective steps towards customer orientation. Therefore, Mellat Bank had to undergo changes to progress step by step and keep its customers eager and interested to increase revenue and remain competitive in its business area.
In this project, we tried, considering Mellat Bank's needs for updating its centralized banking platforms, to provide services using the advanced tools and expertise in implementing complex software at our disposal, to help accelerate the digitalization of this bank.
