About Project

The Gas System for the Tehran Province Construction Engineering Organization was designed and implemented by Risman Company in early 1394 (Solar Hijri) to enhance the level of mechanized services for owners and improve the quality of work referrals to engineers. The main goal of developing this system was to provide better and more facilities for ease of supervision for esteemed engineers and owners. This system is connected to the Tehran Province Gas Department, where all representative offices and gas departments can access the Gas Supervision and Referral System to create and review files. After the application registration stage, a bill is issued to the owner based on the file information and specifications. Owners can then pay their file's bill electronically using the bill ID and payment ID sent via SMS, and view all its details along with reports and referrals in this system.
