Risman designed and implemented the Members' Tax System for remote access to work reports and withholding tax letters. In addition to these capabilities, engineers can use this system to request an introduction letter or a tax clearance certificate from the tax administration to renew their work licenses. Another feature of this system is the ability for engineers to request official work reports; the system automatically collects work reports for each engineer from various existing mechanized systems and provides this complete report, broken down by different years, to the organization's tax users for review and presentation to the engineers.
